Delivery Information

Shipping Lead Times

Normally, your selected items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In some cases, such as during busy periods or when extra care is needed for inspection and packaging, it may take a little longer. However, all orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days.

Should there be a delay beyond the usual timeframe, we will contact you via email in advance.
We will also send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.

For orders placed by 12:00 PM (JST) on business days, the order will be processed on the same day. You may select a delivery date starting from 3 days after your order date.

Nanpu Koge

Nanpu Koge is a general trading company for bamboo, founded in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture in 1979.
In Beppu, known as a major production area for bamboo crafts, they have consistently handled everything from material procurement to manufacturing and sales in-house.

Their system, which also includes forest management and supplying materials to artisans, is a rare initiative not often seen in other production areas.
Realizing that this integrated system creates trust in their high-quality products and leads to a sense of security, I decided to welcome Nanpu Koge's products into my home.

Furthermore, Nanpu Koge's products are not merely bamboo crafts; they also possess an aspect of "creative bamboo artistry."
While focusing on the sustainable use of bamboo, the seamless fusion of modern design and traditional techniques by skilled artisans is particularly impressive as a reason to cherish them for a long time.

Currently, while inheriting the local craftsmanship and aesthetic sense, they have relocated their base to Hiji Town, Oita Prefecture, surrounded by lush nature and abundant marine resources, where they manufacture products using high-quality bamboo.

Flexible, Strong, and Beautiful

Bamboo is known as a sustainable eco-material that grows surprisingly fast.
While it is lightweight and easy to care for, each piece has its own individuality and elasticity, requiring high skill and patience for processing.

Bamboo products carefully finished in this way are durable and long-lasting, and the beauty that deepens into an amber color with use is one of the joys of owning them.
