Cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been shipped.
We kindly ask that you carefully review your selection before completing your purchase and double-check your order details in the confirmation email sent to you.
However, please note that we may need to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- If an item becomes out of stock due to a simultaneous purchase at our physical store. (In such cases, we will contact you before canceling your order.)
- If significant changes are required to the order details and we determine it is best to reset and place a new order.
- If payment is not confirmed within the designated period after the order is placed.
Modifying Your Order
If you need to make changes to any of the following, please contact us.
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Changing the shipping address.
- Changing the payment method.
- Adding or swapping items in your order.
- Canceling a specific item from a multiple-item order.
Please note that modifications can only be made while the order status is "Unshipped."
We are unable to make changes once the order has been dispatched.
If you have registered an account, you can check your shipping status from your Order History.
Changes are possible as long as the status is listed as "Preparing for shipment."
