About payment methods and issuing receipts

We accept Credit Cards, Convenience Store payments (KOMOJU), and PayPal.

1. Credit Card

We accept the following cards:
 (AMEX / VISA / Master)
Accepted Credit Cards

  • Payments are processed according to your credit card issuer's terms and conditions.
  • For debit card payments, the total amount will be immediately withdrawn from your linked bank account.
  • Please note that refunds for cancellations or returns may take some time (typically around one week, but can take up to 75 days depending on the issuer).
  • As we do not have access to specific refund timelines, please contact your card issuer for details.

If you require a receipt, please specify the "Name on Receipt" and "Item Description" in the notes section of the cart screen. Please note that we are unable to issue shop receipts for KOMOJU and PayPal payments.

 

2. Convenience Store Payment (KOMOJU)

*This option is available for customers residing in Japan.

Payments can be made at the following convenience stores:

  • 7-Eleven
  • Lawson
  • FamilyMart
  • Ministop
  • Daily Yamazaki

A flat transaction fee of 220 yen (tax included) applies to convenience store payments.

Please complete your payment within 3 days (starting from the day after your order) at your selected store.

*For those choosing KOMOJU, you will receive an email containing the necessary payment numbers. If you use an email filter, please ensure you can receive emails from "no-reply@komoju.com".

Regarding Receipts:
The receipt issued by the convenience store at the time of payment serves as your official receipt.
If you require an invoice-compliant receipt (Qualified Invoice) with our registration number, Omobito Co., Ltd. can issue one upon request. Please note that the convenience store transaction fee cannot be included in our shop receipt.

3. PayPal

  • You can use your registered credit cards or bank account through PayPal.
  • Your card information is protected by PayPal’s high-level security. Payment will be finalized once your items are secured in our inventory.
  • Payments will be withdrawn according to PayPal's user agreement.

Regarding Receipts:
Please log in to your PayPal account and issue your receipt from the management screen. Please note that the shop cannot issue separate receipts for PayPal transactions.

 

4. Smartphone Payment (KOMOJU)

The following smartphone payment methods are available:

PayPay / Merpay

Select "Smartphone Payment" during checkout to choose your preferred app.
Regarding Receipts: Your in-app transaction history serves as your receipt. If you require an invoice-compliant receipt with our registration number, Omobito Co., Ltd. can issue one. Please specify the "Name on Receipt" and "Item Description" in the notes section of the cart screen.
