Shipping Fees
The shipping rates below apply to domestic delivery within Japan (including consumption tax).

Delivery Methods
- Couriers
- Domestic delivery is entrusted to "Japan Post (Yu-Pack)" or "Yamato Transport."
- Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific couriers.
If the recipient is unavailable, a missed delivery notice will be left.
Redelivery will be arranged by the courier upon contact from the recipient.

- Shipping Method
- Delivery is available via courier service only.
- We do not offer "Mail-bin" (small envelope) services.

- Multiple Delivery Addresses
- You may specify up to 20 delivery addresses per order (within Japan).
Please add addresses via the "Specify Delivery Address" section during the checkout process.- A separate shipping fee applies to each delivery address.
About Delivery
Order Processing Time
In principle, orders are shipped within 7 days of acceptance.
We will notify you via email once your items have been shipped.
*Items will be shipped in one package per transaction.
Please note that our system cannot accommodate consolidating separate orders into one shipment after they have been placed.
Specifying Delivery Date and Time
If you have a preferred delivery date or time (for Japan domestic orders), please indicate it in the "Memo" section on the cart screen.
- Preferred Delivery Date
- In principle, requests are accepted for dates at least 7 days after the order date.
- For the fastest delivery, please leave the "Preferred Delivery Date" as "Not Specified."
- Delivery may take longer depending on stock availability or shipping conditions.
- Please note that we may be unable to accept specific date requests during busy periods such as seasonal gift periods or the New Year holidays.
- Preferred Time Slots
- You may choose from the following time slots:
- Morning, 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 18:00–20:00, 19:00–21:00
- Please note that time specification may not be available for certain remote islands or mountainous regions.
