Notes

Each piece is handcrafted, cherishing the natural texture of the earthenware.
Therefore, the appearance of each item, such as how the glaze is applied, is unique.
We hope you enjoy the diverse character of each vessel.
*Crazing (thin lines) and glaze crystallization may be present. If immersed in water or hot water, discoloration may occur; this is a characteristic of the glaze and does not affect the quality.

Handling Precautions

・When using for the first time, always wash with water or lukewarm water.
・"Medome" (pre-treatment) can help prevent food colors from seeping in.
・After use, remove dirt promptly and store after drying thoroughly.
・When stacking, place a sheet of tissue paper between items to prevent scratches.
・Avoid using abrasive cleaners, detergents with abrasives, scouring powder, metal scrubbers, etc., as vigorous scrubbing may scratch the surface. Please wash with a soft sponge.

Regarding gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for 390 yen (tax included) per item.

If you have selected multiple items and would like each to be wrapped individually, please purchase the necessary number of gift wrappings.
If you would like items to be wrapped together, please specify this in the "Notes" section of your cart, and we will accommodate your request.

Delivery Information

Shipping Lead Times

Normally, your selected items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In some cases, such as during busy periods or when extra care is needed for inspection and packaging, it may take a little longer. However, all orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days.

Should there be a delay beyond the usual timeframe, we will contact you via email in advance.
We will also send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.

SAKUZAN × Amenoie "fog"

"fog" is enveloped in a veil of mist, exhibiting a soft expression and an ethereal atmosphere.
Its quiet and elegant presence calms your heart every time you hold it.

My encounter with fog happened when I visited the atelier of Sakuzan Kiln in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture.
Sakuzan Kiln, which operates under the concept of "deliciousness from beauty,"
pursues beauty and usability suitable for each piece of pottery, selecting from 14 types of clay and over 100 glaze colors.
Attracted by the colorful glazes and beautiful designs, I made an audacious request: to create special everyday tableware together.
Despite my unreasonable request, they kindly created 7 types of items—plates in 3 sizes, bowls in 3 sizes, and a mug cup—hoping they could be used in various settings.

Their beauty, reminiscent of natural scenes and foreign landscapes, gently blends into any dining table,
enhancing the appeal of the food and adding richness and warmth to daily life.

fog PLATE

There are various shapes of plates, aren't there? From those with wide rims to narrow ones.

Among them, we chose the most simple and familiar shape.

Perhaps it's the shape that best embodies "Simple is best."

Available in 3 sizes: 15cm, 21cm, and 27cm, all of which are perfect for daily meals.
The 15cm plate comes in 4 colors: WHITE, BLUE, PINK, and GREEN. It's easy to use for salads, desserts, or as a side plate, and collecting different colors is recommended.
The 21cm and 27cm plates come in 2 colors: WHITE and BLUE, and are perfect for main dishes or one-plate meals.
By combining different sizes and colors, a gentle rhythm is created on your dining table.

15cm PLATE

The 15cm plate is perfect for salads and small appetizers.

It's also great for serving small snacks or desserts, and its size is recommended for side dishes.

Even though it's small, it has enough presence to add color to your dining table.

Available in 4 colors: WHITE, BLUE, PINK, and GREEN.
The gently misty tones reveal different expressions in each color.
