Shipping Lead Times

Normally, your selected items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In some cases, such as during busy periods or when extra care is needed for inspection and packaging, it may take a little longer. However, all orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days.

Should there be a delay beyond the usual timeframe, we will contact you via email in advance.
We will also send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.

Nanpu Kōgei

Nanpu Kōgei is a comprehensive bamboo trading company founded in 1979 in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture.
In Beppu, known as a major production area for bamboo crafts, they have consistently handled everything from material procurement to manufacturing and sales in-house.

Their system, which includes mountain management and supplying materials to artisans, is a rare initiative not often seen in other production areas.
Realizing that this integrated system builds trust in their high-quality products and leads to a sense of security, I decided to welcome Nanpu Kōgei's products into my home.

Furthermore, Nanpu Kōgei's products are not merely bamboo crafts; they also embody "creative bamboo art."
The way contemporary design and traditional techniques are masterfully fused by artisans, while focusing on sustainable use of bamboo, is particularly impressive as a reason to cherish them for a long time.

Currently, while inheriting the craftsmanship and aesthetic sense rooted in the region, they have relocated their base to Hiji Town, Oita Prefecture, surrounded by rich nature and abundant marine resources, where they manufacture products using high-quality bamboo.

Bamboo is known as a sustainable eco-material with astonishingly fast growth.
While lightweight and easy to maintain, each piece has its own individuality and elasticity, so processing requires high skill and patience.
