Handling Precautions

■ Unless cutting dry items, moisten both sides with water and drain before use.
■ Wash as soon as possible after use. We recommend scrubbing with a brush and water.
　Avoid using more detergent than necessary, and rinse thoroughly if you do use it.
(We also offer safe, highly effective, and environmentally friendly detergents, so please consider using them.)
■ After washing, thoroughly wipe the entire surface with a clean, dry cloth.
■ The trick is to stand it up in a dish rack or cutting board stand, keeping it elevated.
■ Store in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
■ Please refrain from using a dishwasher, as it may cause warping or cracking.
■ The ginkgo wood may have a distinctive odor, but it will dissipate with use.

Gift wrapping is available for 390 yen (tax included) per item.

Shipping Lead Times

Normally, your selected items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In some cases, such as during busy periods or when extra care is needed for inspection and packaging, it may take a little longer. However, all orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days.

Should there be a delay beyond the usual timeframe, we will contact you via email in advance.
We will also send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.

Woodpecker's resurfacing service involves thinly planing the surface to reveal fresh wood underneath. Thanks to its substantial thickness, this type of resurfacing can be performed at least three times, allowing for many years of cherished use.

With a little extra effort for maintenance, the cutting board becomes beautiful and usable again for a long time—this is the charm of wooden cutting boards.
