木村硝子店 アメノイエ

Enjoy a drink, just the way you like it.

Kiso

I've been completely captivated by natural wine for a while now.
Wanting to enjoy it at home, I got new wine glasses from Kimura Glass, and I've been using them in various situations ever since.

Kimura Glassware is an established company with over 100 years of history.
Since its founding, it has continued to create products that exude sophisticated, universal beauty.
This time, I'd like to introduce some of their glasses that are handmade in Japan.

This "Kiso" has a classic bowl shape, making it attractive for use with any type of wine.
Last weekend, I enjoyed orange wine with dishes steamed in a Yamaichi steamer.
The rich umami of shumai and the sweetness of seasonal vegetables paired perfectly with the crisp, refreshing wine.
Its low-slung design meant it blended seamlessly into a casual home atmosphere, allowing for a relaxed experience.

Tateyama

Beer drunk from "Tateyama" has a slightly more refined taste.
While drinking from bottles, cans, or ice-cold beer glasses is good, using this glass elevates the dining experience to something a little different and more luxurious.

Furthermore, the thin-rimmed glass, crafted with the skill of experienced artisans, offers an astonishingly smooth mouthfeel.
Thanks to this, the beer's original flavor isn't muddled, and its aroma is enhanced along with a light drinking sensation.
Lately, I've also been into craft beer, and this glass is indispensable for thoroughly enjoying its delicate aromas.

Pea

I used the "Pea" as a dessert glass when friends came over.
To make sure I didn't miss the last of winter's seasonal bounty, I made a parfait generously topped with strawberries bought from the neighborhood fruit shop.

Its short stem and large bowl give it a soft impression.
Despite its lightness, it's stable, so you can confidently fill it with plenty of ingredients and layers.
The gentle curves of its silhouette elegantly enhanced the charm of the ingredients.

Lotus

I put coffee jelly in the simple, casual goblet "Lotus", which makes anything look good.
Its linear form combined with a stem creates a design that is both refined and charming.

The transparency of the glass enhances the glossy shine and texture of the coffee jelly.
The coffee jelly, made by elevating everyday coffee into something a little special.
It transforms a relaxing moment of reading into a small luxury.

Expand your palate with a single glass

The shared, unadorned beauty of the Kimura Glass products I introduced this time.
They are perfect for when you want to easily enjoy a touch of luxury.
Just placing them on the table creates a mysteriously special atmosphere.

The fruitiness of wine gently wafts, the beer foam dances lightly, and the sweetness of dessert softly melts away.
Their versatility, adapting to any scene, allows you to freely brighten up your daily dining table.

With each glass's approachable character, it sparks imagination for how to use them next.
I encourage you all to envision the scene and experience them firsthand.
