*The white glaze marks on this piece are intentionally applied and are part of the artwork's unique characteristics. These are natural patterns that appear during the final firing process and are not defects or flaws. Please be aware of this beforehand.
*The texture of the glaze is Raku-ware style, creating a unique, translucent appearance. This was achieved through repeated trial and error to express frozen windowpanes and snowy landscapes.
*There may be areas that appear to have peeled cosmetic clay, scratches, or chips, but please enjoy these as part of the piece's distinctive texture.
As each item is handmade, there may be individual differences in size, shape, and color, and the actual product may differ from the photographs.

Handling Precautions

[ How to use ]
For mugs and cups: They are water-repellent, so there is no need for seasoning. You can use them as is.
When serving hot food, we recommend filling them with hot water first. When serving cold food, we recommend filling them with cold water first.
[ Care ]
You can wash them with a soft sponge and neutral detergent.
Storing them while still damp can cause mold and odors.
[ When storing ]
When storing them in a cupboard for an extended period, please make sure they are thoroughly dry before storing.
[ When stained or odorous ]
Tea stains and other marks may appear over time with use. While these will gradually blend into the ware, if you are concerned about odors, soaking them in baking soda solution for half a day to a day and then drying them may remove the odor.

Regarding gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for 390 yen (tax included) per item.

If you have selected multiple items and would like each to be wrapped individually, please purchase the necessary number of gift wrappings.

Delivery Information

Shipping Lead Times

Normally, your selected items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In some cases, such as during busy periods or when extra care is needed for inspection and packaging, it may take a little longer. However, all orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days.

Should there be a delay beyond the usual timeframe, we will contact you via email in advance.
We will also send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.

The patterns drawn on the sides are not pre-determined designs, but rather emerged from the artist's hands moving as she felt comfortable at the time. The freely drawn lines and the smudged expressions reminiscent of sumi-e ink painting overlap, creating a unique and distinct look for each piece.

Despite its simple form, it has a mysteriously eye-catching presence. Each time you pick it up, your eyes will be drawn to the scenes depicted on it.

The raku glaze uniquely blended by Sato was created through repeated trial and error, inspired by images of freezing windowpanes and snowy landscapes.

It can be used for drinks such as soup and coffee, or as a small bowl for breakfast yogurt or fruit. It is a versatile vessel that can be enjoyed in various ways in your daily life, such as holding pens or small items.

After graduating from university, worked as an assistant to a potter.
2013 Graduated from Tajimi City Pottery Design and Technical Center, Department of Ceramic Art.
Currently working as a potter in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture.
