JINSUI is a historic pottery studio in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture. Each teacup is handcrafted and designed to be easy to hold and drink from, with a slightly flared rim.

As a set of two, it's perfect for spending time with a loved one or as a gift.

These teapots are handcrafted one by one at JINSUI, a pottery studio in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture, that has been in business for 100 years.
Their modern form and soft colors blend naturally into contemporary life, making them very appealing.
The "Ceramesh" filter (a type of tea strainer with holes in the teapot body) allows you to pour out every last drop of tea leaves remaining in the teapot.
This ensures no unpleasant metallic taste or impurities are introduced, allowing you to enjoy the authentic deliciousness of the tea.

*Do not use chemical detergents or automatic dishwashers.
*The use of metal scrubbers is strictly prohibited.

Handling Precautions

-Maintenance Method-
1. After using the teapot, rinse it with water and wipe it thoroughly to remove moisture.
2. Furthermore, dry the teapot in a well-ventilated area with the lid removed.

*When washing, we recommend hand-washing with water.

Regarding gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for 390 yen (tax included) per item.
Please select "Would you like gift wrapping?" below the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.
If you have selected multiple items and would like each to be wrapped individually, please purchase the necessary number of gift wrappings.
If you would like items to be wrapped together, please specify this in the "Notes" section of your cart, and we will accommodate your request.

Delivery Information

Shipping Lead Times

Normally, your selected items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In some cases, such as during busy periods or when extra care is needed for inspection and packaging, it may take a little longer. However, all orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 days.

Should there be a delay beyond the usual timeframe, we will contact you via email in advance.
We will also send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your items have been dispatched.

*Please note that each payment is shipped as a separate package.
Due to our system, we are unable to consolidate multiple orders after they have been placed. We appreciate your understanding.

Scheduled Delivery

You can specify your preferred delivery date and time within the cart screen.

For orders placed by 12:00 PM (JST) on business days, the order will be processed on the same day. You may select a delivery date starting from 3 days after your order date.
If you prefer the earliest possible delivery, please leave the date unspecified, and we will ship your items as soon as they are ready.

Morning, 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 18:00–20:00, 19:00–21:00 (JST)

*Please note that time-specific delivery may not be available for certain remote islands or mountainous regions.
Additionally, for areas that naturally require more days for delivery, we may not be able to meet your requested date. In such cases, we will contact you in advance.

*For large items such as furniture, scheduled delivery is not available as they require specialized shipping services. We appreciate your understanding.

*During peak seasons, such as gift-giving periods (Ochugen/Oseibo), Obon, or the New Year holidays, date and time specifications may be temporarily unavailable due to high courier volumes.
