Notes

Each piece is handcrafted, cherishing the natural texture of the earthenware.
Therefore, the appearance of each item, such as how the glaze is applied, is unique.
We hope you enjoy the diverse character of each vessel.
*Crazing (thin lines) and glaze crystallization may be present. If immersed in water or hot water, discoloration may occur; this is a characteristic of the glaze and does not affect the quality.

Handling Precautions

・When using for the first time, always wash with water or lukewarm water.
・"Medome" (pre-treatment) can help prevent food colors from seeping in.
・After use, remove dirt promptly and store after drying thoroughly.
・When stacking, place a sheet of tissue paper between items to prevent scratches.
・Avoid using abrasive cleaners, detergents with abrasives, scouring powder, metal scrubbers, etc., as vigorous scrubbing may scratch the surface. Please wash with a soft sponge.

Regarding gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for 390 yen (tax included) per item.

If you have selected multiple items and would like each to be wrapped individually, please purchase the necessary number of gift wrappings.
If you would like items to be wrapped together, please specify this in the "Notes" section of your cart, and we will accommodate your request.

Delivery Information

Shipping Lead Times

Normally, your selected items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In some cases, such as during busy periods or when extra care is needed for inspection and packaging, it may take a little longer. However, all orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days.

Should there be a delay beyond the usual timeframe, we will contact you via email in advance.
We will also send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.

SAKUZAN × Amenoie "fog"

"fog" boasts a soft aesthetic and ethereal ambiance, as if enveloped in a misty veil.
Its quiet and elegant presence calms the heart every time you hold it.

My encounter with "fog" began during a visit to Sakuzan Kiln's atelier in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture.
Sakuzan Kiln, operating under the concept of "deliciousness from beauty,"
meticulously pursues beauty and usability tailored to each piece, selecting from 14 types of clay and over 100 glazes.
Captivated by the vibrant glazes and exquisite designs, I made an audacious request to collaborate on creating special everyday tableware.
Despite the ambitious request, they kindly produced seven items: three plate sizes, three bowl sizes, and a mug, envisioning their use in various settings.

Their beauty, reminiscent of natural scenes and exotic landscapes, subtly blends into any table setting,
enhancing the appeal of the cuisine and adding richness and warmth to daily life.

fog PLATE

There are various shapes of plates, from those with wide rims to those with narrow ones.

Among them, we chose the most simple and familiar shape.

"Simple is best" is probably the most fitting phrase for this shape.

Available in three sizes: 15cm, 21cm, and 27cm, all of which are perfect for daily meals.
The 15cm plate comes in four colors: WHITE, BLUE, PINK, and GREEN. It's easy to use for salads, desserts, or as a side dish plate, and collecting different colors is also recommended.
The 21cm and 27cm plates come in two colors: WHITE and BLUE, perfect for main dishes or one-plate meals.
By combining sizes and colors, you can create a gentle rhythm on your dining table.

15cm PLATE

The 15cm plate is perfect for salads and small appetizers.

It's also great for small snacks or desserts, and it's the ideal size for a side dish plate.

Even small, it has a significant presence and adds color to your table.

Available in four colors: WHITE, BLUE, PINK, and GREEN.
The soft, misty tones each reveal a different expression.
You can choose colors according to the season or your mood, or enjoy arranging different colors for your family.
