"Minami-gama" is located in the lush, mountainous area of Toki City, Gifu Prefecture.
The beautiful, gradient-patterned pottery, which blends in with nature,
is handcrafted one by one by Kudo Ko, the second-generation artisan.
Each piece displays its own unique and rich character.

《 Amanotsumugu's Musings 》
This is a deep, flat-bottomed plate with a raised rim.
I often use it for dishes with a lot of liquid, such as agedashi tofu and nikujaga.
The gentle gradient colors harmonize with the food, making a subtle yet impactful statement. It adds a special touch to daily dining.
