The beautiful, gradient-patterned ceramics, which blend seamlessly with nature,
are meticulously handcrafted by Kou Kudo, the second-generation artisan.
Each piece showcases a unique and rich character.

《Amano Tsumugu's Monologue》
This is a flat-bottomed plate with slightly raised edges, giving it a bit of depth.
I often use it for dishes with broth, such as agedashi tofu and nikujaga.
The gentle gradient colors harmonize with the food, creating a subtle yet distinctive presence. It adds a special touch to everyday dining.
