Minamigama is nestled in the lush mountains of Toki City, Gifu Prefecture.
The beautiful, nature-inspired gradient vessels are
individually handcrafted by Kudo Takumi, the second-generation artisan.

This is a medium-sized bowl, slightly tall, and widely flared at the top.
I often use it for simmered dishes or salads, or even as a donburi bowl.
