Light yet warm
The "Washable Wool Triple Gauze Blanket" from the Imabari brand, kontex.
The slightly bumpy texture, characteristic of gauze, is wonderfully fresh and lovely.
When I picked it up, I was surprised by its lightness. It weighs about 450g.
It's fluffier than it looks, and when draped over your shoulders, it's so light you almost forget you're wearing it. Yet, it offers a gentle warmth that feels like it permeates deep into your body.
Since it's 100% merino wool, it's also great that it's not scratchy like other wools.
The softness of the high-quality material combined with the lightness of the triple gauze seems to gently embrace even the winter air.

Comfortable to wear with buttons
It has buttons, so you can wear it like a poncho.
It won't slip off your shoulders, and you can move around freely and comfortably even when you get up to make some tea.
Charcoal Gray
A calm, deep "charcoal gray."
While chic and mature, the light texture of the gauze prevents it from looking heavy.
It's a color that seamlessly blends into any interior, quietly enhancing the space.
Beige
"Beige" gives a soft and gentle impression.
The warmth of the wool and the lightness of the gauze blend together, creating a color that feels light yet warm.
It easily fits into both living rooms and bedrooms, bringing a calm atmosphere.
Washable
Because it uses shrink-proof merino wool, you can wash this wool item at home. It gets softer and fluffier and more comfortable against your skin with each wash.
I'm not particularly fond of the cold, but as my collection of favorite "warmth-promoting" items grew, I started looking forward to winter's arrival.
Year by year, I find myself spending more time thinking about "how to live comfortably," and I feel like I've naturally started taking better care of my body.
Finding small pockets of warmth in my daily life as the seasons change.
Such moments seem to gently warm my heart as well.
The cold has suddenly deepened, but I hope you all stay warm with your favorite cozy items.
